Ang mga sintoma nito ay mabasa-basang mata, sipon, mainit na karamdaman, sakit ng ulo, pagsusuka at pagiging pagurin. Lahat ng ito ay masama para sa inyong kalusugan at buhay. Kung nararamdaman ninyo ang mga sintomang ito sa loob lamang ng inyong bahay at nawawala kapag kayo’y lumabas, maaaring ito ay dulot ng kemikal.

As our listeners are surely aware, we make full use of the variety of chemical products in our homes including those used for building materials and furniture, insect killers, adhesives and air fresheners. There are in fact so many in everyday use that it is almost impossible to avoid them all. Yet health problems caused by chemicals have been an increasing problem in recent days. Symptoms from chemicals include watery eyes, a runny nose, headaches, nausea and fatigue. If you find that you are exhibiting these symptoms only in your home, and then seem to go away when you are outside your house, this is a clear sign that you may be affected by household chemicals. There are things we can do however to prevent these affects and reduce the health impact of these chemicals. Keeping your house well ventilated is one important major to take. In addition, try to make a chemical-free healthy choice for your surroundings. And when possible, try not to rely so much on insect killers or pesticides. By taking care and being aware of the chemicals that surround our daily lives, we can work to win a healthier and more comfortable life.
