家庭用電気式生ごみ処理機費用助成

庭のない家庭や、集合住宅でも使用できる家庭用電気式生ごみ処理機の購入費を助成します。
対象は区内在住で、家庭用電気式生ごみ処理機を購入予定の方。
ただし、購入日から３ヶ月を経過していない方も対象となります。
助成額は本体購入価格の３分の１で、限度額２万円です。
申込方法は、はがきに「生ごみ処理機購入助成希望」とし、住所、氏名、電話番号、購入予定金額を書いて品川区清掃事務所（〒141-0032品川区大崎1-14-）へ郵送してください。

Ang lungsod ng Shinagawa ang magbibigay ng tulong pinansyal para sa mga residente ng Shinagawa na gustong bumili ng domestic electric waste disposal sa loob ng isa hanggang tatlong buwan. Ang waste disposal unit na ito ay mainam para sa bahay o apartment na walang lugar sa labas kung saan maaring maglagay ng basura. Kinakailangan na ang bayad ay hanggang Y20,000 lamang at ang tulong na ibibigay ay hanggang 30% lamang nito.

Shinagawa City subsidises expenses for the purchase of domestic electrical waste disposals, which are very useful for apartments or houses without outdoor space. The subsidy will be provided for residents of Shinagawa City who are planning to purchase a waste disposal unit or who have purchased one within the last three months.

水たまりをなくそう

水たまりをなくしましょう。

夏に発生する蚊の多くは通称「ヤブカ」です。ごくわずかな水たまりにも産卵し、生みつけられた卵は約10日から2週間で成虫になります。蚊が産卵する水たまりをなくすことで、殺虫剤を使用することなく駆除することができます。

放置されている空き缶やびん、古タイヤなどを片づける。
雨どいや雨水ますは土砂や枯葉などを取り除き、水がたまらないようにする。
蚊のかくれ場所となるので、生い茂った雑草は刈り取る。

区では今年度から殺虫剤の配布や散布は行いません。

여름에 발생하는 모기의 대부분은 통칭 「각다귀」입니다. 지극히 얼마 안된 물 웅덩이에도 산란할 수 있어, 알은 약 10일부터 2주일로 성충이 됩니다. 모기가 산란하는 물 웅덩이를 없애는 것으로, 살충제를 사용하지 고 구제할 수 있습니다.
방치되여 있는 빈깡통이나 병, 옛날 타이어등을 정리한다.
낙수받이나 빗물 홉은 흙더미나 고엽등을 제거하고, 물이 고일수 없도록 한다. 무성한 잡초는 모기의 숨는 장소로 되므로  수확한다.

Ating alisin ang mga water puddles o naipon na tubig sa ating kapaligiran. Ang mga lamok na madalas nating makita kapag tag-init ay tinatawag na yabuka sa salitang Hapon. Nangangailangan lamang ng kaunting tubig ang mga lamok na ito para mangitlog. Pagkalipas ng 10 hanggang 14 na araw matapo ito mangitlog ay magiging lamok na ito. Ibig sabihin, kung ating matanggal ang lugar kung saan ito nangingitlog ay maari din nating alisin ang mga lamok. Mainam ang paraan na ito dahil hindi gumagamit ng pesticide. Sundin ang mga payong ito para makasigurado na maalis ang naipon na tubig sa ating kapaligiran:

· Huwag magiwan ng cans, botelya o gulong dahil maari itong maging lalagyan ng tubig;
· Alisin ang lupa, buhangin at dahon mula sa gilid ng daan;
· Bunutin ang mga damo para mawalan ng taguan ang mga lamok;

Most of the mosquitoes that thrive in summer months are commonly known as aedes, or yabuka in Japanese. Aedes mosquitoes only need a small amount of water to lay their eggs, and it takes about 10-14 days for eggs to develop into adults. This means that, if we are careful to limit the number of water puddles, we can get rid of most mosquitoes without using pesticides.  Here are some useful tips on how to cut back on the water puddles that mosquitoes can lay their eggs in:

・ Do not leave empty cans, bottles or used tires outside.  
・ Remove earth, sand and dead leaves from rain gutters and street inlets so puddles cannot form. 
・ Mow overgrown weeds to prevent mosquitoes from hiding there

Shinagawa City has decided not to distribute or use pesticides starting this year, thus small steps like those outlined in this broadcast can help go a long way to keeping mosquitoes to a tolerable level.

高齢者の家具転倒防止対策助成

地震対策に有効な家具転倒防止器具の購入、取り付けにかかる費用の助成をします。品川区シルバー人材センターが転倒防止器具の選定から取り付けまでを行います。
対象は、65歳以上のみの世帯、もしくは障害者のみの世帯
助成額は、費用が20,000円以下の場合は、費用の１割。
費用が20,000円以上の場合は、費用から18,000円を引いた額を助成します。
申請書は区役所の高齢者いきがい課、障害者福祉課、地域センター、文化センター、シルバーセンターで配布しています。

Furniture stabilizing devices are one of many effective measures to protect you and your household from damage caused by earthquakes.  Shinagawa City assists households with one or more people aged 65 years or older or with disabilities by subsidising part of the expense for the purchase and installation of these devices. Shinagawa City Silver Human Resources Center will help with installation procedures from the selection of proper devices to the manual configuration of the devices.
When the cost for the total installation is less than 20,000 yen, 10% of the total expenses will be subsidised.  When the cost is over 20,000 yen, the amount that will subsidized will be equal to the total cost minus 18,000 yen. 
To receive these subsidies, please pick up an application form, available at the following locations:  The Seniors’ Full Life Program Section, the Welfare for the Disabled Section at the City Office, community centers, cultural centers, or the Silver Human Resources Center.

This summer, from July 1st to August 31st, you can take a day trip to Shiratori, the beach house at Miura Beach.  You can enjoy your time at the house from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening.  Unfortunately no overnight stays will be accepted.  There are discount tickets available.  For elementary school children, a discount price of 500 yen will be offered.  For junior high school children and older, a discount price of 900 yen will be offered.  These tickets include a voucher for one drink per person. 
Discount tickets are available either at the National Health Insurance, Medical Care and Pension Section (on the 4th floor of the City Office’s main building), community centers, or cultural centers.  Bring your ticket to Shiratori, with the number of your group written on it.
