区内在住のおおむね60歳以上の方が対象で、事前にボランティアセンターなどで登録が必要です。区が指定する社会福祉施設などでのボランティア活動1回につき1ポイント付与されます。ポイントは区内共通商品券への交換か、区内社会福祉施設への寄付となります。

地区贡献点数事业
为了让高龄者积极参加社会活动，对志愿者活动，将赠送地区贡献点数。
在区内居住的大约60岁以上者为对象，需要事先在志愿者服务中心登录。在区内指定的社会福祉设施，每进行一次志愿活动，将赠送1个点数。点数可以与区内的共同商品券交换，或可以寄付给区内的社会福祉设施。

구내 거주의 약 60세 이상의 분이 대상으로, 사전에 자원봉사 센터등에의 등록이 필요합니다.구가 지정한 사회복지 시설등에서의 자원봉사 활동 1회에 대해 1포인트 부여됩니다.포인트는 구내 공통 상품권교환인가, 구내 사회 복지 시설에 기부가 됩니다.

Shinagawa City now gives “contribution points” to local senior citizens who participate in voluntary activities, aims at promoting positive relationships between elderly residents and local communities.
This points system applies to local residents around 60 years of age and older who have registered as volunteers for the Volunteer Center and other authorised institutions. One point will be given to one voluntary activity at certain facilities such as designated social welfare facilities. You can either exchange your points to gift tokens accepted within Shinagawa City, or you can contribute the points to local social welfare facilities.
