ひとり暮らしの高齢者や高齢者のみの世帯に、住宅用火災警報器の設置を支援しています。
対象者は、おおむね65歳以上の単身または、おおむね65歳以上の方のみで構成される世帯の方で、公的住宅にお住まいの方は対象となりません。
21年度介護保険料の段階が第1～5段階に該当する方は1個５００円、第6～9段階に該当する方は1個１３６５円で設置できます。
1世帯2個までで、区が委託した業者が自宅に訪問して設置します。
ご希望の方は、申請書を高齢者福祉課か在宅介護支援センターなどに提出してください。

Sinusoportahan ng lungsod ng Shinagawa ang mga matatandang nakatirang mag-isa o kasama ang kanilang asawa ukol sa pagkabit ng fire alarm sa kanilang kabahayan.
Ang programang ito ay para sa mga residenteng may 65 taong gulang o mas na naninirahan mag-isa o nasa isang kabahayan. Ang mga naninirahan sa pampubliko at subsidised na kabahayan ay hindi maaring makisapi sa programang ito.
Ang bayad para sa alarm system na ito ay 500 yen bawat kit para sa mga kabilang sa level 1-5 ng Nursing Care ngayong 2009. Ito naman ay 1,365 yen bawat kit para sa mga nasa level 6-9. Hanggang dalawang kit lamang ang maaring bilhin bawat bahay. Shinagawa City assists elderly persons who live on their own or with only their spouses with the installation of fire alarm systems for their homes.
With the exception of those living in public and subsidized housing, assistance will be provided to people 65 years of age and older who are living alone, in addition to households with members 65 years of age and older.
If you are qualified from Level 1 to 5 for Fiscal Year 2009 Nursing Care Insurance, you may purchase the alarm system for ￥500 per kit. If you are qualified from Levels 6 to 9, you may purchase the system for ￥1,365.
Up to two kits can be used for one household. To apply for the alarm systems, please fill out the application form and sent it either to the Senior Citizens Welfare Division or to the Home-Care Support Center.
