Minato City will hold the ‘32nd Eco Life Fair MINATO 2012′ on Saturday 26th May from 10am to 3pm. It will take place at Minato Municipal Arisugawa-nomiya Kinen Park.
This year’s Eco Life Fair will also introduce Eco knowledge useful in everyday life through stage performances and the booths of companies and organizations that undertake Eco activities.
At the venue, as well as stage performances such as an environmental music concert and a character show, there will be events such as an eco quiz rally and a morning market Eco bazaar selling local vegetables direct from Akiruno City and products provided by companies in Minato City. There will also be a panel exhibition of environmental activities undertaken by the participating organizations and companies, and related reports.
Visitors will also be able to actually experience Eco products and activities through events such as free trial rides of electric cars, craft classes using PET bottles, distribution of seedlings for green curtains and group planting of plants. We look forward to seeing many visitors at the venue.

Next, information on the ‘53rd Naginata Prefectural Tournament’.
Naginata is an ancient Japanese martial art.
At the tournament, competitors who have advanced from preliminary rounds in the 47 prefectures will compete in ‘performance’ and ‘match’ categories.
Stalls selling related goods etc are planned for the venue.
The tournament period will be from Saturday 26th to Sunday 27th May.
The venue is Minato City Sports Center, located at 3-1-19 Shibaura, Minato City.
The National Sports Festival has a performance category (Engi-kyogi) and a match category (Shiai-kyogi), where competitors must wear protective armor. In the Engi-kyogi, competitors show their mastery of a set designated technique. In the Shiai-kyogi, players compete in teams of 3, made up of the ’senpo’, ‘chuken’ and ‘taisho’, to accurately strike a designated part of the body first.We look forward to seeing you at the tournament!

港区では、『第32回エコライフ・フェアＭＩＮＡＴＯ２０12』を、５月２６日（土曜日）、午前１０時から午後３時に、港区立　有栖川宮記念公園で開催します。
今年のエコライフ・フェアもエコに取り組む団体、企業などの各出展ブースやステージなどにおいて、生活に役立つエコな知識を紹介します。
会場では、環境音楽会やキャラクターショーなどのステージを展開するほか、エコクイズラリー、あきる野市からの産地直送野菜や区内企業からの提供品などが出品される朝市エコバザーをはじめ、参加団体や企業の環境に対する取り組みや活動報告のパネル展示も行なわれます。また、電気自動車の無料試乗会、ペットボトルを使用した工作教室、緑のカーテンの苗の配布、および植物の寄せ植え体験など、実際にエコな製品や取組みを体験することができます。多くの皆さんの来場をお待ちしています。

続いて、「第53回都道府県対抗なぎなた大会」開催のお知らせです。
なぎなたとは日本古来の武術のひとつです。
大会では、47都道府県から予選を勝ち抜いてきた選手達が、なぎなたの演技競技と試合競技を競います。
会場ではグッズ販売などの出店も予定しています。
会期は、 5月26日（土曜日）と27日（日曜日）です。
会場は、港区芝浦３－１－１９の港区スポーツセンターです。
国体のなぎなた競技には、演技競技と、防具を着けて行う試合競技があります。演技競技は、定められた技の中から指定されたものを行い、その技の優劣を競う競技です。試合競技は、3人1組の団体戦で、「先鋒」「中堅」「大将」で試合を行い、定められた部位を正確に早く打突し、勝負を競います。皆さんのご来場をお待ちしています！

今年的绿色生活节也将设置致力于绿色环保的组织、企业等的展区与展台，介绍有关绿色环保的实用生活信息。

长刀是日本传统的武术项目。这场大赛由47个都道府县预选优胜选手参加，现场进行演技对抗和竞赛对抗。

미나토구에서는 ‘제 32회 에코라이프 페어 ＭＩＮＡＴＯ２０12’를 ５월 ２６일（토요일）, 오전 １０시부터 오후 ３시까지 미나토 구립 아리스가와노미야 기념공원에서 개최합니다.
올해의 에코라이프 페어에도 환경 문제를 다루는 단체, 기업 등의 각 출전 부스와 스테이지 등에서 생활에 도움되는 친환경 지식을 소개합니다.

다음은 ‘제 53회 도도부현 대항 나기나타대회’개최에 대해 안내해 드리겠습니다. 나기나타는 일본에서 옛날부터 전해오는 무술의 하나입니다.
대회에서는 47개 도도부현에서 예선을 통과한 선수들이 나기나타의 연기 경기와 시합 경기를 겨룹니다.
회장에는 기념품을 파는 가게도 출점합니다.
날짜는 5월 26일(토요일)과 27일(일요일)입니다.
회장은 미나토구 시바우라 ３－１－１９ 미나토구 스포츠센터입니다.
단체 나기나타 경기에서는 연기 경기와 방어용 장비를 입고 하는 시합 경기가 있습니다. 연기 경기는 정해진 연기 가운데 지정된 것을 실시해, 그 연기로 우열을 가리는 경기입니다. 시합 경기는 3명이 1조가 되어 겨루는 단체전으로 「선봉」「중견」「대장」으로 나뉘어 있는데 정해진 부위를 정확하고 빨리 찔러 승부를 가립니다.

Minato City subsidizes the costs of childbirth such as delivery and hospitalization fees. The subsidy amount is calculated by subtracting the lump sum childbirth allowance provided through health insurance from a maximum of 600,000 yen in childbirth costs.
To be eligible, the father or mother must be covered by a Japanese public health insurance plan and reside in Minato City both before and after the birth, with their newborn child living with them in Minato City from the day of their birth.
Please fill out the Application Form for Subsidy of Childbirth Expenses, add the necessary documents and apply within a year of the birth to the Children’s Benefit Subsection of the Child and Families’ Section or the Health and Welfare Subsection of the Residents Support Section at any of the Regional City Offices.

Next, information on ‘Europa House Open Day’.
The Delegation of the European Union to Japan moved to newly built premises in Minami Azabu in August 2011. Part of these will be opened to the general public on Saturday 19th May. On the day, there will be explanations about the facility by diplomats as well as introductions to music and local products from the EU member states.
The date and time is Saturday 19th May from midday to 5:30pm.Last entry is at 5pm.

分娩費や出産にかかった入院費用上限60万円から、健康保険より支給される出産育児一時金を差し引いた額を助成します。
支給対象者は、父または母が日本の公的な健康保険に加入していて、かつ出産日以前から出産後も港区内に居住し、産まれた子どもも出生日から父または母とともに港区内に同居している人です。

港区对分娩及生产的住院费提供补助。补助金金额为，从最高为60万日元费用里减去健康保险支付的出产育儿临时补助的余额。
支付对象为婴儿父方或母方加入日本公共健康保险的家庭，并且分娩日之前和之后都在港区居住，诞生的婴儿从出生日起和父方或母方一起在港区内居住。

미나토구에서는 분만비와 출산을 위해 든 입원비용 상한 60만 엔에서, 건강보험에서 지급되는 출산 육아 일시금을 제한 금액을 조성해 드립니다.
지급 대상자는 부친 또는 모친이 일본의 공적 건강보험에 가입하고, 출산일 이전부터 출산 후에도 미나토 구내에 거주하며, 태어난 아이도 출생일부터 부친 또는 모친과 함께 미나토 구내에 함께 살고 있는 사람입니다.

From 9th July 2012, a new residency management system will start. In line with this, the Foreign Residents Registration System will be eliminated and a Certificate of Residence will be created for mid- to long-term foreign residents and special permanent residents in accordance with the Residential Basic Book Act.
From 7th May, Minato City will send the Notification of Certificate of Residence Matters. The Notification of Certificate of Residence Matters is being created based on the current foreign resident registration information. Please make sure you check the content of the received notification.The Certificate of Residence will be created based on the foreign resident registration.

Next, information on Child Allowance and Child Support Allowance.
Child allowance will be provided to people raising children who reside in Japan and have not finished junior high school in fiscal 2012.
The monthly amount provided per person is 15,000 yen for children under the age of 3, and 10,000 yen for those aged 3 years old and above until they finish junior high school. Income conditions also apply.
Child Support Allowance covers ‘Child-rearing Allowance’, for which single parents are eligible, and ‘Allowance for the Disabled’ for which people raising children with disabilities are eligible.
People currently receiving Child Allowance and Child Support Allowance are required to submit a ‘Current Statement Report’ to renew their recipient qualification. This document will be sent out in early June, so please submit it by 30th June.

2012年７月９日より、新しい在留管理制度が始まります。それに伴い、外国人登録制度は廃止され、中長期に滞在する方や特別永住者の方は住民基本台帳の適用となり、住民票が作成されます。
５月７日から仮住民票記載事項通知を港区から発送します。現在の外国人登録情報を基に、仮住民票記載事項通知を作成しています。届いた通知の内容を必ず確認してください。住民票は外国人登録の内容をもとに作成されます。

続いて、児童手当・児童育成手当のご案内です。
児童手当は、2012年度において中学校修了までの国内に居住している子どもの養育者等に支給します。
支給月額は子ども１人あたり、３歳未満は１万５千円、３歳以上中学校修了までは１万円です。その他条件、所得制限があります。児童育成手当は、ひとり親が対象の「育成手当」と障害を有する児童を養育している人が対象の「障害手当」があります。
現在、児童手当・児童育成手当を受給している人は、受給資格更新のため、「現況届」の提出が必要です。６月上旬に書類を送付しますので、６月３０日までに提出してください。
