2011年度の住民税に基づき決定した、国民健康保険料の納入通知書等を６月１6日木曜日に世帯主あてに発送します。納付書は年２回に分けてお送りいたします。今回は、６月期から１０月期分までをお送りします。納付は、銀行、ゆうちょ銀行、コンビニエンスストア、または区役所、各総合支所の窓口で保険料を納付できます。
国民健康保険料が減額、または軽減される場合もありますので、詳細は通知書をご覧ください。

The National Health Insurance Premium Statement and Payment Slip etc. based on fiscal 2011’s resident tax will be sent to heads of households on Thursday June 16th.The Statement and Payment Slip is sent twice a year. This time, it will be for the June to October period.Payments can be made at banks, Japan Post Bank and convenience stores as well as at the City Hall or counters at Regional City Offices.

Inter FMでは、地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、76.1 Inter FMをお聞きください。
また、港区では、防災情報を携帯電話やパソコンに電子メールで配信します。配信する情報は、地震情報、水位情報、雨量情報です。

港区では、出産のための分娩費・入院費等の出産費用を助成します。
対象：
1）保護者が出産日以前から出産後も港区内に居住し、かつ生まれた子どもも誕生日から保護者と同居していること
2）保護者が日本の公的な健康保険に加入していること
必要書類：
1）出産費用の領収書のコピー
2）出産育児一時金等決定通知書のコピー
3）保護者の健康保険証のコピー

In Minato City, the costs of childbirth such as delivery and hospitalization fees are subsidized.
Requirements are as follows:
1) the parent/guardian resides in Minato City from before the birth and afterwards, and their newborn child lives with them from the day of their birth.
2) the parent/guardian is covered by a Japanese public health insurance plan.
Necessary documents:
1) A copy of the receipt for childbirth costs
2) A copy of the notice of determination for the Lump-sum Childbirth Allowance etc.
3) A copy of the parent/guardian’s Health Insurance Card.
To apply, fill out the necessary sections on the relevant application form, add the necessary documents and submit them to the Health and Welfare Subsection of the Residents Support Section at any of the Regional City Offices, or send them by post to the Child and Families’ Section.

3月11日金曜日に東北地方で巨大地震と津波が発生しました。
それにより電力発電所が大きな被害を受け、電力が不足しています。皆様には節電に協力していただきますようにお願いします。
不必要な照明を消す、テレビ・PC・電器製品を使用しないときはコンセントをプラグから抜く、エアコンの温度を夏場は28℃に設定するなど心がけてください。オフィスでも照明の調節、自然光の利用、エアコン温度の適正化、OA機器未使用時の電源OFFなどご協力ください。
港区ではこの災害に対する義援金を日本赤十字社の依頼により受け付けています。募金箱は、港区役所、各総合支所、区の施設に設置しています。

On Friday March 11th, a major earthquake and tsunami hit the Tohoku region.
As a result, the electrical power plant was badly damaged, leading to a shortage of electricity. We ask that you cooperate in saving electricity.
Please do your best to switch off unnecessary lights, pull out the plugs of TVs, PCs and electrical products when they are not in use and set the temperature on air conditioners to 28℃ in the summer. Please cooperate in offices too, by adjusting lighting and using natural light, setting air conditioners to an appropriate temperature and switching off office automation equipment when not in use.
Minato City is accepting donations in response to the disaster at the request of the Japan Red Cross Society. Donation boxes have been placed at Minato City Hall, each Regional City Office and city facilities.

5月11日（水曜日）～20日（金曜日）までは、「春の交通安全週間」です。スローガンは、『やさしさが 走るこの街 この道路』です。
この運動の基本は、子どもと高齢者の交通事故防止にあります。また自転車の安全利用の促進・シートベルト、チャイルドシートの正しい着用、飲酒運転の根絶、二輪車の交通事故防止も目指しています。みんなで交通ルールを守ることの大切さについて話し合い、交通安全の意識を高めましょう。
自動車のドライバー、二輪車のライダー、自転車に乗っている人、歩行者、全員が交通ルールを守り安全で安心な生活を送りましょう。

Other targets are promoting the safe use of bicycles and the proper use of seatbelts and child seats, eradicating drink driving and preventing accidents of two-wheeled vehicles.We should all talk about the importance of following traffic rules to raise awareness of traffic safety.

ごみ・資源はきちんと分別して、指定の収集曜日の朝８時までに集積所に出してください。可燃ごみは週2回、不燃ごみは月に2回、古紙、びん、かん、ペットボトルなどの資源、及び資源プラスチックは週１回収集します。また１辺が30ｃｍ以上の粗大ゴミは、事前の申し込みが必要です。排出の申し込みをしてから、港区有料ごみ処理券を貼って出してください。
区では、テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫・冷凍庫・洗濯機・衣類乾燥機は回収しません。商品を以前に購入した店、新しく購入する店にご相談ください。パソコンは、メーカーが回収、リサイクルします。廃棄するパソコンメーカーの受付窓口までお問い合わせください。

Please make sure you sort waste properly by type and place it at the waste
collection station by 8 a.m. on the designated day.Combustible waste is collected twice a week. Incombustible waste is collected twice a month. Recyclables, such as paper, glass bottles, cans, and plastic bottles, and recyclable plastics are collected once a week. Collection of large-sized waste with at least one side longer than 30cm,requires advance application. Once you have made the waste application, affix a pre-paid Large-Sized Waste Ticket for Minato City to the item you are discarding.
Minato City does not collect TV sets, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers,washing machines or tumble dryers. Consult the store where you purchased or plan to purchase such items.
Personal computers are collected and recycled by the manufacturer. If you wish to dispose of a personal computer, please contact the relevant manufacturer.

港区は、４月から子宮頸がん予防ワクチンの接種費用の全額助成を開始します。この予防接種は法定接種ではないため、これまでは全額自己負担でした。今後、対象者は無料で接種できるようになります。無料接種のための予診票は対象者に個別送付します。子宮頸がんワクチンの対象者は、中学１年生から高校１年生の女子です。
対象者には、予診票を４月中に発送します。必要事項に記入の上、区の指定する医療機関で接種を受けてください。医療機関のリストは同封しています。接種回数は、３回です。それぞれ定められた間隔をおいて接種します。
なお子宮頸がん予防ワクチンは製薬会社の供給の都合上、年度当初ワクチンが不足する状況です。７月以降に安定して供給される見込みですのでご理解ください。

Minato City is subsidizing the full cost of cervical cancer vaccinations from April. As the vaccination is not one which is designated by law, all costs were covered by the individual until now. From now on, those eligible will be able to receive the vaccination for free. The vaccination questionnaire for free vaccinations will be sent to eligible people individually.
Those eligible for the cervical cancer vaccination are girls who are in the first grade of junior high school to girls who are in the first grade of high school.
A vaccination questionnaire will be sent to those eligible in April. After filling it out, please take it to a city designated medical institution and receive the vaccination. A list of designated institutions will also be enclosed.The vaccine will be administered three times with set intervals between each vaccination.
There will be a shortage of the cervical cancer vaccine at the beginning of the fiscal year, as pharmaceutical companies are lacking in supplies. However, a stable supply of the vaccine is expected from July. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

港区自4月开始，为注射子宫颈癌预防疫苗的居民提供全额补助。子宫颈癌预防疫苗并非法定接种疫苗，迄今为止所需费用都要自行全额支付。但今后，这项疫苗也列入了免费接种的对象。免费接种预诊票将个别寄送给符合条件的人。
子宫颈癌接种对象为：初中一年级至高中一年级女学生。港区政府将在4月里将预诊票送给这些学生。请填写好必要事项，然后在港区指定的医疗机构接受疫苗注射。医疗机构的名单也将一同寄送。
注射次数为三次。注射将间隔一定时期进行。由于制造子宫颈癌预防疫苗的药品公司的原因，新年度开始时期疫苗有所不足。7月之后，疫苗供应将会稳定下来。请大家给予理解。

미나토구에서는 ４월부터 자궁경암 예방 백신 접종 비용을 전액 조성해 드립니다. 이 예방접종은 법정 접종이 아니므로 지금까지는 전액을 자신이 부담했는데, 앞으로는 대상자가 무료로 접종을 받을 수 있습니다.
무료 접종을 받으실 수 있도록 예진표를 대상자에게 개별적으로 송부해드립니다. 자궁경암 백신 대상자는 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교 1학년까지의 여자입니다. 대상자에게는 ４월 중으로 예진표를 발송해 드립니다.각 사항을 기재하신 뒤, 구 지정 의료기관에서 접종을 받아주시기 바랍니다. 의료기관 명단이 함께 동봉되어 있습니다.접종 횟수는 ３차례입니다. 각각 정해진 간격을 두고 접종해 주십시오.
자궁경암 예방 백신은 제약회사의 공급상 새로운 연도가 시작될 때는 백신이 부족한 상황입니다. ７월 이후에 안정되게 공급될 예정입니다. 이 점 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

港区では、2011年度のポリオ予防接種を無料で行います。
対象者は、2010年6月１日～11月30日に生まれた子どもと、2009年12月1日～2010年5月31日に生まれた子どもです。予防接種は、事前予約が必要です。電話で、03‐5472－5489へ申し込みください。
当日は、母子健康手帳・予防接種予診票をご記入の上、お持ちください。なお、会場へは、日本語のできる人と一緒にお越しください。

In Minato City, polio vaccinations for fiscal 2011 will be provided free of charge.
Those eligible are children born between June 1st and November 30th 2010 and children born between December 1st 2009 and May 31st 2010.
Advance reservation is required for vaccinations.Please call 03‐5472 – 5489 to apply.
On the day of the vaccination, you should bring your mother and child handbook and a filled out “vaccination questionnaire”. Please come to the venue with a Japanese speaker.
