Next, ‘points to be aware of regarding influenza’.
Infectious diseases such as influenza are prevalent in winter. Washing your hands, gargling, wearing masks and being vaccinated against influenza are effective ways of preventing infection.
You should wash your hands carefully after returning from outdoors and before meals. Gargling after arriving home, as well as at morning and night is also effective.
Masks have moisturizing properties and, to a certain extent, can also prevent the spread of airborne droplets containing germs. Dry air is not good for the nose or throat, so rooms should be appropriately ventilated and humidified.
With regard to influenza vaccinations, you should consult your regular doctor. It is also important to have a healthy lifestyle so you are not struck down by illness. Hopefully, you will get through this winter season without any health problems.
