INTER FMでは、地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、76.1 INTER FMをお聞きください。また、港区では、防災情報を携帯電話やパソコンに電子メールで配信します。配信する情報は、地震情報、水位情報、雨量情報です。
登録方法は次の通りです。
(1) kumin@bousai.city.minato.tokyo.jpへ空メールを送信してください。
(2) 返信されたメールより登録用URLをクリックし、日本語か英語の言語を選択して、実行ボタンを押してください。
(3) 必要情報を選択して実行ボタンを押してください。

In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, Inter FM will provide important information from Minato City such as evacuation procedures and damage updates. When a major earthquake strikes, please tune into 76.1 InterFM.
Minato City will also send disaster prevention information via e-mail to PCs and mobile phones. The information will be on earthquakes, river levels and rainfall levels. To register, please follow these instructions:
1) Send a blank email to kumin@bousai.city.minato.tokyo.jp
2) Click on the registration link in the reply mail and select Japanese or English as the language of your choice before pressing the OK button.
3) Select the necessary information and press the OK button.

港区では、港区内在住のひとり親家庭等を対象に、児童扶養手当、ひとり親家庭支援助成、児童育成手当、ひとり親家庭等医療費助成を行っています。対象児童の年齢は、18歳に達した後の3月31日まで。
必要書類：
1) 請求者及び児童の戸籍謄本 *外国籍の人は外国人登録証明書及び記載事項証明書
2) 請求者名義の銀行口座番号
3) 2010年1月2日以降港区転入者は所得証明書
4) 健康保険証
5) 印鑑
6）その他、受給要件によって書類が必要ですのでお問い合わせください。

Minato City provides single-parent families etc. that reside in Minato City with Child Rearing Allowance, the Single-Parent Family Support Subsidy, Child Support Allowance and the Medical Expense Subsidy for Single-Parent Families etc.Children are eligible until March 31 after their eighteenth birthday.
Necessary documents
1.Attested copies of the family register of the applicant and child.
For foreign nationals, the certificate of foreign resident registration and the foreign registration card are required.
2.Bank account information under the applicant’s name.
3.For people who moved into Minato City on or after January 2, 2010 an income certificate is required.

港区では、出産のための分娩費・入院費等の出産費用を助成します。
対象：1）保護者が出産日以前から出産後も港区内に居住し、かつ生まれた子どもも誕生日から保護者と同居していること
2）保護者が日本の公的な健康保険に加入していること
必要書類：1）出産費用の領収書のコピー
2）出産育児一時金等決定通知書のコピー
3）保護者の健康保険証のコピー
お申し込みは、所定の支給申請書に必要事項を記入の上、必要書類を添えて、直接、港区 各総合支所 区民課 保健福祉係へ提出していただくか、子ども家庭課へ郵送してください。詳しくはミナトマンスリー５月号、または、Minato City Web をご覧ください。

In Minato City, the costs of childbirth such as delivery and hospitalization fees are subsidized.
Requirements are as follows:
1) the parent/guardian resides in Minato City from before the birth and afterwards and their newborn child lives with them from the day of their birth.
2) the parent/guardian is covered by a Japanese public health insurance plan.
Necessary documents
1) A copy of the receipt for childbirth costs
2) A copy of the notice of determination for the Lump-sum Childbirth Allowance etc.
3) A copy of the parent/guardian’s Health Insurance Card.
To apply, fill out the necessary sections on the relevant application form, add the necessary documents and submit them to the Health and Welfare Subsection of the Residents Support Section at one of Minato City’s Regional City Offices, or send them by post to the Child and Families’ Section.

2010年4月1日から、住宅用火災警報器の設置が義務化されました。まだ、設置していない人は、一刻も早い設置をお願いします。
港区では、設置に際し助成制度があります。6月30日で終了となりますので、お早めに申請してください。対象者は、申請した日に、区内に居住し、住民登録または外国人登録をしている世帯の世帯主または世帯を構成する人のいずれかです。ただし、申請は一住戸1回限りです。

The fitting of household fire alarms became compulsory from April 1st, 2010. If you have yet to fit one, please make sure you do so as soon as possible. Minato City has a subsidy program in place for fittings, which is valid until June 30th, so please apply soon.
Those eligible are people who live in the city and who are members or heads of households that are registered with the city as residents or foreign residents on the day of application. Only one application is permitted per residence.

「英語・中国語・ハングル版 Guide to Minato Living2010」を配布します。
港区では、在住外国人の皆さんが安心して生活を送れるよう、区役所での各種手続きの仕方、施設の利用方法など日常生活に必要な情報を集めた「英語・中国語・ハングル版 Guide to Minato Living2010」を発行しました。
利用者が使いやすいよう、外国人登録、医療、出産・育児、福祉などの情報をカテゴリー別に分け、全編日本語対訳付きで掲載しています。
配布場所は、港区役所4階広報係、または各総合支所区民課です。

English, Chinese and Korean versions of the ‘Guide to Minato Living 2010′ will be distributed.
Minato City has published English, Chinese and Korean versions of the ‘Guide to Minato Living 2010′. The guide contains useful information on daily living such as how to follow procedures at the city hall and how to use facilities, so that foreign residents can live a worry-free life.
In order to make it user-friendly, information is categorized under headings such as foreign resident registration, health and medical care, childbirth and child rearing, and welfare. The guides have the Japanese written alongside the translations.
They are available at the Public Relations Subsection on the 4th floor of Minato City Hall and at the Residents Support Section of each Regional City Office.
