INTER FMでは、地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、76.1 INTER FMをお聞きください。また、港区では、防災情報を携帯電話やパソコンに電子メールで配信します。配信する情報は、地震情報、水位情報、雨量情報です。
登録方法は次の通りです。
(1) kumin@bousai.city.minato.tokyo.jpへ空メールを送信して下さい。
(2) 返信されたメールより登録用URLをクリックし、日本語か英語の言語を選択して実行ボタンを押して下さい。
(3) 必要情報を選択して実行ボタンを押して下さい。

In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, Inter FM will provide important information from Minato City such as evacuation procedures and damage updates. When a major earthquake strikes, please tune into 76.1 Inter FM.
Minato City will also send disaster prevention information via e-mail to PCs and mobile phones. The information will be on earthquakes, river levels and rainfall levels. To register, please follow these instructions:
1) Send a blank email to kumin@bousai.city.minato.tokyo.jp
2) Click on the registration link in the reply mail and select Japanese or English as the language of your choice before pressing the OK button.
3) Select the necessary information and press the OK button.

港区は、転勤や入学・就職などで転出入の多い3月の最終土曜日と4月の第１土曜日に、芝地区総合支所の窓口を開設します。
開庁日時は、3月27日と4月3日の午前8時30分～午後5時です。
開庁場所は、芝地区総合支所の窓口サービス係・保健福祉係・戸籍係・外国人登録係です。他の総合支所は開庁しませんので、ご注意ください。
主な取り扱い業務は、住民税の収納、国民健康保険料・介護保険料の収納、外国人登録原票記載事項証明書の発行、児童手当の申請受付、子ども医療費助成の申請受付などです。

The counters at the Shiba Regional City Office will be open on the last Saturday of March and first Saturday of April, as a large number of people move around the turn of the fiscal year due to job transfers, school enrollment, or job placement.
Opening hours will be between 8:30am and 5pm on March 27th and April 3rd. The counters available for service will be the Counter Service Subsection, the Health and Welfare Subsection, the Family Registry Subsection and the Foreign Resident Registration Subsection at the Shiba Regional City Office. Please take note that other regional city offices will not be open.
The main duties being handled will be payment of Resident Tax, payment of the premiums of the National Health Insurance and Long-term Care Insurance, Issuance of the Certificate of Registered Matters on the Foreign Registration, application for child allowances and application for the Children’s Medical Expense Subsidy Program etc.

업무를 보는 일시는 3월 27일과 4월 3일 오전 8시 30분부터 오후 5시까지이며 시바지구 종합지소의 창구서비스계, 보건복지계, 호적계, 외국인등록계의 업무를 봅니다. 다른 종합지소는 열지 않으므로 주의해 주십시오.
주된 업무는 주민세 수납, 국민건강보험료, 간병보험료 수납, 외국인등록원표 기재사항증명서 발행, 아동수당 신청 접수, 아동의료비 조성 신청 접수 등입니다.

港区は、地球温暖化を防止するため、省エネルギー機器等を購入・設置する人に経費の一部を助成します。4月1日から2010年度の受付を開始します。必ず機器の設置・工事以前に申請をしてください。
助成対象機器は、太陽光発電システム・エコキュート・エコジョーズ・高反射率塗料・アイドリングストップ装置です。
港区役所6階の環境課 地球環境係、区のホームページなどから申請書を入手して、環境課に申請書を提出してください。

As part of efforts to prevent global warming, Minato City will provide benefits to residents in order to partially subsidize expenses for the purchase and installation of energy saving devices etc.
Applications for fiscal 2010 will be accepted from April 1st. Please ensure that you submit your application before installation or repair work is done.
Devices eligible for benefits are solar power generation systems, EcoCute, Eco-Jozu, high-reflectivity coating and idle reduction devices. Application forms are available from the Global Environment Subsection of the Environmental Section on the 6th floor of Minato City Hall, or from the City website, and should be submitted to the Environmental Section.

3月24日水曜日から、港区コミュニティバス「ちぃばす」は、既存の田町・赤坂の2路線に加え、新たに5路線で実証運行を開始します。なお、実証運行は、午前7時台から午後8時台に、20分間隔で、次の路線で行います。
芝ルート：新橋駅～田町駅、往復
麻布ルート：港区役所～麻布十番～広尾駅、循環
青山ルート：六本木ヒルズ～赤坂見附駅、往復
高輪ルート：品川駅～三田駅前、往復
芝浦港南ルート：田町駅～品川駅、往復
運賃は、１乗車に付き小学生以上は一律100円です。

From Wednesday 24th March, the Minato City community bus, ‘Chii-bus’, will operate on 5 new routes in addition to the existing Tamachi and Akasaka routes. Buses will run every 20 minutes from 7-8am until 8-9pm on the following routes:
The Shiba Route: From Shimbashi Station to Tamachi Station, round trip.
The Azabu Route: From Minato City Hall to Hiroo Station via Azabu-juban, a circular route.
The Aoyama Route: From Roppongi Hills to Akasaka-mitsuke Station, round trip.
The Takanawa Route: From Shinagawa Station to Mita Station, round trip.
The Shibaura-konan
Route: From Tamachi Station to Shinagawa Station, round trip
The fare is ¥100 per ride for people of elementary school age and older.

3월 24일 수요일부터 미나토구 코뮤니티 버스 ‘치바스’는 현재 운행중인 다마치, 아카사카의 2개 노선과 더불어 새로 5개 노선의 실증 운행을 시작했습니다.
실증운행이란, 오전 7시대에서 오후 8시대까지 20분 간격으로 운행하는 다음 노선을 말합니다.
시바 루트: 신바시역에서 다마치역, 왕복,
아자부 루트: 미나토 구청에서 아자부주반 경유 히로오역, 순환
아오야마 루트: 롯폰기힐즈에서 아카사카미쓰케역, 왕복
다카나와 루트: 시나가와역에서 미타역앞, 왕복
시바우라 고난 루트: 다마치역에서 시나가와역, 왕복
운임은 한 번 타실 때 초등학생 이상은 일률적으로 100엔입니다.

INTER FMでは、地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、76.1 INTER FMをお聞きください。また、港区では、震災時の家具転倒等による被害を最小限に抑えることを目的として、家具転倒防止器具等を無償で支給しています。対象は、港区内に居住し、住民登録や外国人登録をしている世帯で、助成は一世帯につき１回限りです。家具転倒防止器具やガラス飛散防止フィルム等を現物助成します。
「家具転倒防止器具等助成申請書」に必要事項を記入し、各総合支所 協働推進課 活動推進係に申請してください。

Minato City provides furniture tipping prevention devices etc free of charge, with the aim of keeping damage from falling furniture to a minimum in the event of an earthquake.Those eligible are households whose members are registered as residents or resident foreigners and who reside in Minato City. Aid is available only once per household and is provided in the form of furniture tipping prevention devices and shatter prevention film for glass etc.
To apply, please fill out the application form for ‘aid in furniture tipping prevention devices etc’ and submit it to the Activities Promotion Subsection of the Collaboration Project Section at any Regional City Office.
