家具転倒防止器具等を無償で支給

港区では、震災時の家具転倒等による被害を最小限に抑えることを目的として、家具転倒防止器具等を無償で支給しています。対象は、港区内に居住し、住民登録や外国人登録をしている世帯で、助成は一世帯につき１回限りです。家具転倒防止器具やガラス飛散防止フィルム等を現物助成します。
「家具転倒防止器具等助成申請書」に必要事項を記入し、各総合支所協働推進課活動推進係に申請してください。

In case of an earthquake or other disaster, you will be provided with essential information from Minato City, such as evacuation routes and damage information on this channel. Please tune in to this channel when a great earthquake or other disaster occurs.

 Minato City provides disaster prevention devices for free, in order to minimize the damage from disastrous events.  Households with resident registration or foreign registration who are living in Minato City are eligible. You can use this service one time and you will receive the devices directly, which include shatter-proof film for glass, as well as furniture stabilizing devices.

 Please fill out the application form for Falling Furniture Prevention Equipment and apply at the Activities Promotion Subsection of the Community Activities Promotion Section in each regional City Office.

 For inquiries, please call the Disaster Prevention subsection of the Disaster Prevention Section, at 3578-2111 ext. 2519.

年末年始ごみ収集・資源回収について

港区の年末年始ごみ収集・資源回収についてお知らせします。
地域により年末年始の収集日が違いますので、Minato Monthly12月号 またはMinato City web等をご覧になり、ご自分の住む地域のごみ収集日を確認してください。
なお、年末最後のごみ収集と資源回収終了後から年始の開始日までは、ごみ等を出さないでください。
また、区で収集する粗大ごみは、家庭から出るものだけです。会社やお店から出る粗大ごみの処理は、許可を受けた民間の廃棄物処理業者に委託してください。

Minato City would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the collection of trash and recyclable waste during the year end and New Year holidays. Please take note that the collection schedule varies for each area. Check your area’s schedule in the December issue of Minato Monthly or the Minato City website. 

The city would like to ask that you refrain from taking out any trash or waste between the last collection of this year and the first collection of the coming year for trash and recyclable waste. 

In addition, Minato City collects large size waste only from households. Please commission an authorized waste treatment company for large size business waste from offices, stores and restaurants.

新型インフルエンザワクチン接種

11月9日から新型インフルエンザワクチン接種を実施しています。
港区は、以下の優先的に接種できる人に接種費用を助成します。
対象者: 基礎疾患のある人、妊婦、１～18歳の人、0～12カ月の子どもの保護者、65歳以上の高齢者、優先的に接種できる人のうち免疫不全などで接種を受けることができない人の保護者 
接種時期は対象者によって異なります。接種時には、母子手帳、各種健康保険被保険者証、外国人登録証明書などが必要です。
区外医療機関で接種した場合は、接種費用を支払い、領収書・予防接種済証を、みなと保健所に提出してください。
接種時期・接種場所・必要書類は、みなとコールにお問い合わせください。

H1N1 influenza vaccination has been available since November 9th. Minato City subsidizes the expense of the vaccination for the following prioritized target groups:

Persons who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications,
Pregnant women,
Children and adolescents 1 to 18 years of age,
Parents or guardians of infants aged between 0 and 12 months,
Elderly persons aged over 65,
And finally, parents or guardians of persons who belong to any of these target groups and who are unable to receive vaccination because of medical conditions such as immune deficiency.

The period for which H1N1 influenza vaccination is provided varies depending on each target group. When you receive the vaccination, please take your health insurance card, mother and child handbook, and foreign registration card with you. If you receive the vaccination outside of Minato City, make a payment at the medical institution and submit your receipt and documents to verify that you have received the vaccination, to the Minato Public Health Center.
