外国人相談を、赤坂地区総合支所で試行

現在、港区役所本庁舎・芝地区総合支所で行っている窓口業務の通訳や区政・日常生活についての外国人相談を、赤坂地区総合支所で試行します。
試行期間は12月7日（月）～11日（金）の午前9時～午後3時までです。
対象は、港区在住・在勤の外国人住民です。今回は外国人インターン研修の一環として、日本語・英語以外にドイツ語・フランス語でも対応する予定ですので、ぜひご利用ください。
なお、事前の申し込みは不要です。また、個人的な翻訳や支所外での通訳は行いません。

Interpretation and consultation services about Minato City’s administration and daily life for non-Japanese residents will be provided for a trial testing period at the Akasaka regional branch office. At this time, these services are provided only in the main City Office and Shiba regional branch office. 

The period is from Monday, December 7th to Friday, December 11th. The hours are between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

These services are for non-Japanese who reside or work in Minato City. In addition to English, German and French are also available as a part of the foreign intern training project.  Please feel free to take advantage of  these services. 

No appointment is needed however please understand that any private commissions of translation and interpretation work outside of the office are not available.

港区立保育園への入園について

2010年4月に港区立保育園への入園を希望する子どもを募集します。
対象者は、保護者が働いているまたは求職中、保護者が出産や病気または心身に障害がある、家庭に看護が必要な人がいて子どもの保護者がいつも看護にあたっている、その他家庭で保育できない事情がある人です。
申込書を各総合支所・区立保育園で入手するか、区のホームページからダウンロードして記入し、源泉徴収票など必要書類をそろえて2010年1月12日までに提出してください。
提出先は、各総合支所区民課保健福祉係、区立保育園です。

Applications are being accepted for children whose parents and guardians wish to enroll their children in Minato City public nursery schools from April 2010. Families that meet the following conditions are eligible to apply.

First, parents or guardians who have a full-time job or are looking for a full-time job.
Second, mothers or guardians who will soon give birth, or parents or guardians who are suffering from mental or physical conditions.
Third, parents or guardians who are taking care of a family member who needs nursing-care.
Finally, parents or guardians who are unable to look after children for other reasons.
 
Application forms are provided at each regional City Office and at each nursery school. You can also download an application form from the homepage of the Minato City Office. Please fill out the form and bring the requested documents, such as your withholding tax slip to the Health and Welfare Subsection of the Residents Support Section at any regional City Office or to any nursery school. The deadline for submitting your application is January 12th 2010.

2010年4月に港区立幼稚園への入園を希望する、3歳児・4歳児の募集を行います。
対象者は、2005年4月2日から2007年4月1日生まれの、保護者とともに港区内に住所のある、保護者等が送り迎え可能な幼児です。
募集要項・願書を各区立幼稚園・教育委員会学務課（区役所7階）・各総合支所区民課・台場分室で配布します。配布日時は11月16日～27日の午前8時30分～午後5時15分（各区立幼稚園は、午前9時～午後4時30分）です。

Applications for public kindergartens in Minato City will be accepted for children at the age of three or four whose parents would like their children to attend from April 2010.

       Children who meet the following criteria are eligible for the application. First, children born between April 2nd, 2005 and April 1st, 2007. Second, children with resident registration in Minato City with his or her parents or guardians. Finally, children whose parents or guardians are able to take their children to and pick up from the kindergarten.

       The application form and guidebook will be provided at the Secretariat of the Board of Education School Affairs Section on the 7th floor of the Minato City Office, each Regional City Office and the Daiba Annex between November 16th and November 27th, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. In addition, the materials for application will be provided at each kindergarten between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the same period.

新型インフルエンザワクチンの接種について

11月9日から新型インフルエンザワクチンの接種が開始されました。
以下の優先的に接種できる人に港区は接種費用を助成します。
対象者: 基礎疾患のある人、妊婦、１～18歳、0～12カ月の子どもの保護者、65歳以上の高齢者、優先的に接種できる人のうち免疫不全などで接種を受けることができない人の保護者 
接種時期は対象者によって異なります。接種時には、母子手帳、各種健康保険被保険者証、外国人登録証明書などが必要です。
区外医療機関で接種した場合は、接種費用を支払い、領収書・予防接種済証を、みなと保健所に提出してください。

H1N1 influenza vaccination has been available since November 9th. Minato City subsidizes the expense of the vaccination for the following prioritized target groups:
· Persons who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications,
· Pregnant women,
· Children and adolescents aged between 1 and 18 years, 
· Parents or guardians of infants aged between 0 and 12 months, 
· Elderly persons 65 years of age and above, 
· Parents or guardians of persons who belong to any of the target groups above and who are unable to receive vaccination because of medical conditions such as immune deficiency.
The period for which H1N1 influenza vaccination is provided varies depending on each target group. When you receive the vaccination, please take your health insurance card, “Mother and Child Handbook,” and foreign registration card with you. If you receive the vaccination outside of Minato City, make a payment at the medical institution and submit its receipt and documents verifying your vaccination, to the Minato Public Health Center.

港区は、区内在住外国人を対象に施設見学を行います。各施設での係員の説明には英語の逐次通訳がつきます。今回は環境をテーマに清掃工場とエコプラザの見学を行います。
日時： 12月2日（水）、午後0時15分 から午後4時45分（予定）コース：港区立青山中学校正門前に集合、バスで港清掃工場・港区立エコプラザに移動し、港区立エコプラザで解散
※雨天決行です。当日は、動きやすい服装・靴、メモ・筆記用具・資料を入れるバッグなど持参でご参加ください。

Minato City offers a tour of the City’s facilities for non-Japanese residents of Minato. Interpretation service will be provided for explanations by facility staff. The theme of the next tour will be the environment. We invite you to the Minato Waste Incineration and Power Plant and Minato’s Eco-Plaza.
The tour will take place on Wednesday, December 2nd from 12:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. The bus will leave the front gate of Minato-kuritsu Aoyama chugakko, or Minato City Aoyama Junior High School, which will then proceed to the Minato Waste Incineration and Power Plant. The tour will finish at the Minato-kuritsu Eco-Plaza. Please note that the tour will not be changed or canceled due to the weather. Join the tour in casual clothes and shoes and be ready for taking notes and handouts.
The tour is free of charge and the first 25 applicants will be invited. If you are interested in joining the tour, please apply at Minato Call which can be reached at 03-5472-3710.
