家具転倒防止器具等を無償で支給について

地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、このチャンネルをお聞きください。
また、港区では、震災時の家具転倒等による被害を最小限に抑えることを目的として、家具転倒防止器具等を無償で支給しています。対象は、港区内に居住し、住民登録や外国人登録をしている世帯で、助成は一世帯につき1回限りです。家具転倒防止器具やガラス飛散防止フィルム等を現物助成します。
「家具転倒防止器具等助成申請書」に必要事項を記入し、各総合支所協働推進課活動推進係に申請してください。

In case of an earthquake or other disaster, you will be provided with essential information from Minato City, such as evacuation routes and damage information on this channel. Please tune in to this channel when a great earthquake or other disaster occurs.
Minato City provides disaster prevention devices for free, in order to minimize the damage from disaster events.  Households with resident registration or foreign registration who are living in Minato City are eligible. You can use this service one time and you will receive the devices directly, which include shatter-proof film for glass, as well as furniture stabilizing devices.
Please fill out the application form for Falling Furniture Prevention Equipment and apply at the Activities Promotion Subsection of the Community Activities Promotion Section in each regional City Office.
For inquiries, please call the Disaster Prevention subsection of the Disaster Prevention Section, at 3578-2111 ext. 2519.

新型インフルエンザの予防には、手洗いやうがいといった基本的な対策に加え、必要時にはマスクの着用などが有効です。
また、発熱やせきなど、新型インフルエンザの感染が疑われる場合は、直接医療機関を受診せずに発熱相談センターに必ず電話でご相談ください。

In order to avoid infection of the new influenza, H1N1, it is recommended that you follow some basic steps to preventing the spread of the disease such as wearing a mask when appropriate, in addition to regularly washing your hands and gargling.
 
If you have symptoms such as a high fever or coughing which you suspect are cause by the new influenza, please phone and consult at the one of the following hotlines before visiting a medical institution.

「国際交流スペース」ＯＰＥＮ

外国人への支援活動や、国際交流活動の拠点となる「国際交流スペース」が、北青山にオープンします。国際交流を目的とした活動、情報交換、集会などに利用できます。
「国際交流スペース」では、一般財団法人港区国際交流協会が開催するニューイヤーパーティーや交流サロンなど外国人との交流事業なども開催します。
場所：北青山1－6－3 都営北青山1丁目アパート3号棟B1
利用時間：月～金曜　午前9時～午後7時45分
          土曜　午前9時～午後5時
休館日：日曜、祝日、12月28日～1月4日

The International Exchange Space has been set up in Kita-Aoyama as a base that supports international exchanges and activities for foreign residents of Minato Ward.  The facility is available for any activities, information sharing, and meetings that seek to promote international exchange.

Some of the events that will take place at the International Exchange Space include New Year’s Parties and a Friendship Lounge which are organized by the General Incorporation Foundation, Minato International Association.

The International Exchange Space is located at Kita-Aoyama, 1-6-3, Toei-Kita-Aoyama 1-chome Apartment Building #3, B1.

Admission is free and business hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:45PM, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.  The facility will be closed on Sundays, national holidays, and between December 28th and January 4th.

港区では、外国人と日本人がともに考え行動し、支えあいながら安心して暮らしていける地域社会をつくるため、「国際化推進プラン」を策定します。それに際して、「国際化推進プラン検討委員会」のメンバーを公募します。
対象は、港区在住・在勤の20歳以上の人で、今年の7月から翌年1月の間に4回、港区役所で開催される委員会に出席できる人です。
氏名、住所、国籍、性別、年代、在住・在勤の別、電話番号、志望動機を書いて、6月19日までに郵送またはファックスで、〒105－8511　港区役所国際化推進担当へ応募してください。

Minato City is currently in the process of drawing up the Minato Internationalization Master Plan in order to build local communities where both Japanese and non-Japanese think and act together and support each other for a more secure life.  To this end, the city is now looking for members for this plan’s Advisory Committee.

Those eligible to apply are individuals 20 years of age or older, living or working in Minato City, and able to attend all four of the meetings. The meetings will take place between July 2009 and January 2010 at a conference room in the Minato City Office.

To apply to be a member of the advisory committee, please contact the Global Community Planning Subsection in the Minato City Office by June 19th, by mail or fax, and include the following information:  Name, address, nationality, gender, age, phone number, whether you are living or working in Minato City, and your motivation to apply.

Applications by mail should be sent to the Global Community Planning Subsection, Minato City Office zip code 105-8511.
Applications by fax should be sent to the following number:  3438－8252.

このチャンネルでは、地震などの災害時に避難方法や被害情報など、必要とされる港区の情報を提供します。大地震などが起こった際には、このチャンネルをお聞きください。
また、港区では、防災情報を携帯電話やパソコンに電子メールで配信します。配信する情報は、地震情報、水位情報、雨量情報です。
